How quickly will my sweets arrive?

We work hard to despatch your order as soon as possible. This usually takes place within 48 hours of placing your order. Click here for delivery information

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Google Checkout option on this site. Google checkout processes your payment securely on our behalf so you can rest assured your card details are kept safe. If you would prefer to give us you card details over the phone, please choose the 'Phone Me' option at the end of the checkout process and we will call you.

What if I can't find the sweet I am looking for?

Simply click on the 'Suggest a Sweet' button at the top of the page. Please give us as many details as you can and we will do our best to find it for you. We will keep you updated with our search!

How do I know what's in the sweets?

The website features the ingredients information supplied to us by the manufacturer. We do check the ingredients periodically but cannot be liable should the manufacturer change the ingredients between our periodic checks.

Do you have sugar-free sweets?

Yes, we do have a large section of sugar-free and no added sugar sweets. A great idea for those that are diabetic or just choose not to eat sugar. However, please be aware that most sugar-free sweets can cause laxative effects if eaten in excessive quantities due to the sugar substitutes used.

What about allergies?

We put as much allergen information as the manufacturers supply us on the product pages on the website. However, occassionally one product may cross contaminate the other and therefore we cannot guarantee any product to be free of any ingredient.

Can I buy the sweets in bulk?

We show most of our products in gift jars or in their bulk outers on our website and these work out cheaper than buying them loose. If you can't find what you want, please get in touch. However, we do not supply our sweets wholesale in the UK. If you are based in Europe or the rest of the world and would like us to supply to you, please get in touch and we would be happy to provide you with a quotation.
