Spend over £5 and your delivery will be free of charge. Spend under £5 and your delivery will be charged at £2. Deliveries take place on the following days:

 If your delivery day is a Monday and it is a Bank Holiday, the sweets will be delivered on the Tuesday of that week.

What if I'm not going to be in when my delivery arrives?

Our deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm. Because of the number of deliveries, we aren't able to guarantee a time for your delivery. However, we are happy to deliver to your workplace address if this is easier. If you are not going to be in when we deliver, we will ask you to designate a safe place where your goodies can be left - this could be with a neighbour, in a porch or outhouse or just simply through your letterbox if we can fit them through! If we can find no other option, we will have to return the goods to our shop in Gillingham and deliver them the following week.

Deliveries to the rest of the UK

Postage costs are calculated depending on the weight of the item and will be shown when you checkout. Smaller packages will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and larger items will be sent by Parcelforce. We aim to despatch all goods as soon as possible and this usually happens within 48 hours of you placing the order. Whatever the weight of your order, we promised we'll never charge you more than £5.

What if I miss my delivery?

If the goods do not fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave you a card asking you to collect the goods from your local sorting office or to re-arrange a delivery. If the goods are sent by Parcelforce, they will automatically attempt a delivery on the next working day. If there is still no answer, the goods are delivered to your local Post Office branch and a card is left telling you where and how to collect them.
